- Fixed an issue when CONFIGURE returns `false' and DEPENDS
- is never run this this spell. The fix is to make sure libdepends::run_configure() returns `true' even if CONFIGURE doesn't.
Correct previous ChangeLog entry's formatting.
- Remove a call to non-existent private_remove_dependees().
