What?
The intent of the license inventory project is to verify the license information of each spell in the Source Mage grimoires. To maintain a fully free main grimoire, any spells found to be covered by non-free licenses should be moved into z-rejected.
Why?
Historically, the control of license information has not been the best possible. A few examples of false license information have been found and it would be nice to be able to remove any doubt about the remaining spells.
How?
Guidelines stating how this project should be implemented needs to be developed as well as some sort of definition of what constitutes "properly researched license information".
